Webshop www.bellapur.ch – MelPUR AG

1. Scope of the General Terms and Conditions
The present general terms and conditions (GTC) shall be a component of all agreements governing product sold by MelPUR AG, Sutentalstrasse 10, 6210 Sursee and its clients on the current WebSite. For every purchase made the GTC are applicable which are uploaded at timepoint of order. MelPUR AG may revise or amend the GTCs at any time and at its own discretion.
2.Conract territory
The WebShop of MelPUR (www.bellapur) is intended only for deliveries within Switzerland. Orders outside cannot be taken in account.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and contain the statutory value-added tax (VAT). Per delivery MelPUR AG adds additional delivery costs to the product price.
4. Conclusion of a contract
All information on goods and prices on the MelPUR AG website www.bellapur.ch is subject to change and non-binding. By ordering via the homepage, the customer makes a binding offer. MelPUR AG confirms the acceptance by e-mail to the customer. Only with this acceptance is a contract concluded and the customer is entitled to delivery of the goods. If the goods ordered by the customer are not available in the desired quantity or at the price specified on the homepage, MelPUR AG will notify the customer as soon as possible. In this case, the contract is only concluded when the customer confirms the order again by e-mail. Orders and agreements by phone are only valid if they are confirmed in writing or by e-mail.
5. Payments
The customer must pay for the ordered goods in advance. When paying by credit card, the value of the goods will be debited on the day the order is received.
6.Delivery
If no other delivery times are noted in the product description on the web shop, MelPUR AG usually delivers within 2 to 14 working days after receipt of payment. Delivery is by post, for selected products or large quantities, delivery can also be made by courier or carrier. The customer undertakes to take the necessary precautions to accept the goods. The customer bears the costs incurred due to the lack of such precautions. If the delivery location with a normal Camion is not accessible or is difficult to access, delivery will only take place to the next generally accessible point, which can be reached without additional effort or additional costs. The delivery location must also be reachable via the Swiss road network.
7. Right of withdrawal
Within 14 days of delivery, the customer can withdraw from a contract made via the www.bellapur.ch website without giving any reason. The deadline is met if the customer then declares the cancellation in writing or by e-mail and sends the goods back (date of posting). The goods are to be returned to the following address at the customer’s expense:

The right of withdrawal can only be exercised legally if the goods are returned unused, undamaged, complete and in unopened original packaging. Upon receipt of the goods returned in the described condition, MelPUR AG reimburses the customer for the value of the goods. Shipping costs already incurred cannot be reimbursed.
8. Warranty
MelPUR AG strives to deliver goods in perfect quality. Should there still be defects in the delivered goods, the customer has the right to report the defects within 14 days after delivery. The latter can return the goods and MelPUR AG reimburses the payment made. In addition, any claim for reduction, conversion or compensation is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Changes by the manufacturer to his product or to the packaging do not constitute a defect. In addition, the customer forfeits any rights to defects if the goods are used improperly.
9. Data security
Suitable security technology is used to protect customer data against unauthorized processing. However, no liability can be accepted for the security of the data transmitted on the Internet. The data is transmitted unencrypted.
10. Law and jurisdiction
All contracts concluded by MelPUR AG via the website www.bellapur.ch are subject to Swiss law. When ordering by private individuals for private use, the jurisdiction is based on the Jurisdiction Act. In all other cases, Sursee is the exclusive place of jurisdiction.
